My name is Aura.
I am a master practitioner and teacher in Usui, Karuna, and Lighterian Reiki and a member of the UK Reiki Federation. I use a combination of healing modalities (Reiki, shamanic practices, crystal therapy, angelic healing, sound healing, emotional freedom technique) to help me in my work.
I am also a spiritual life coach. I believe that energy healing without a verbal spiritual decoding of what is going on in the healing process, is not that effective. I mix my abilities with my knowledge to be able to give you a full picture of a bigger puzzle.

The universe is energy; out of this energy, all things are created.
Animals, humans, mountains, and rivers all come from the same source. This energy permeates our being and helps the body repair and restore aspects of itself. While this energy unites the Universe, Reiki is the energy that connects our higher self with everything around us.
Reiki is a form of energy healing and is used to help increase general well-being, balance our energy and bodies, and promote spiritual healing.
